About Me

I’ve been knee-deep in the tech industry for around 11 years. In this journey, I’ve helped IT executives improve their bottom lines by getting rid of wasteful activities, improving communication, and teamwork in their key business processes. Before that, I held a number of senior executive positions in a few companies.

There is a well-defined strategy on paper, but it is not implemented correctly.
The strategy that has been defined is based on internal conjecture, not on external validation.
